# Flat Files

> Evidence supports connecting to flat files as a data sources, including CSV, JSONL, and Parquet files.

## Add New File

1. Select the [Connectors](https://evidence.studio/connectors) item in the left sidebar.
2. In the Files section, click "Upload File".
3. Select the file you want to upload and click the "Upload" button.

## Connection Methods

Evidence supports the following connection methods for Flat Files:
